Can't remove custom name with a blank value anymore

Step to reproduce the issue:

 -Rename a mob or spawn it with a name

  -Execute the command 

/data modify entity UUID CustomName set value ' '

  Expected (1.20.2 and lower) Behavior: The name has succesfully been removed

  1.20.3 and above Behavior: The name has been changed to a blank character, resulting in the nameplate still displaying on the mob
