Can't fly/Forced to the Ground in creative

In my creative world, whenever I fly I'm somehow forced to the ground. Even when I fly up high, my character is forced back down to the ground. I checked my keyboard, my mouse, restarted the game, and restarted my computer. Not sure what would cause this?
Everything ran smoothly the day prior, and I can do everything else in the game just fine. It's just like my character is constantly being forced to the ground.
