Skulk sensors cannot detect the sound the brewing stand makes when it finishes brewing

I´ve been trying to make a design for an autopotion crafter myself, and I was stuck on trying to find out how to detect when it finished brewing, and then I realised it made a sound, so tried to use a skulk sensor, however it can only detect the start of brewing, thus, it is useless.

I think this would be nice, since it would allow players to create their own design without having to know about Etho hopper clocks, or straight up copying a Youtube design.
