Copper Bulb has a 0 tick delay

The copper bulb was 1 tick and worked perfectly..
What happened?
There is now a bug where the copper bulb is 0 ticks,

This is a very bad look for the game because one

update has single handedly eliminated so many

possibilities in redstone. please fix, thank you.
