Texture Pack issue

I got strange textures when using a texture pack.

 

Pack format is 22.

 

Here the texture pack to take a look.

 

Minecraft 1.20.3 says bad PNG signature prevents texture packs to work.

 

Texture packs work fine in previous versions.
