Rollout ended and did not get cherry blossom cape

Hello, I voted during the mob vote and I did not receive the cherry blossom cape. I was told to be patient and wait as the rollout is still going on but after contacting support recently the rollout has ended and I still did not get the cherry blossom cape. Mojang support told me to list the bug here at Mojira for help as they don't know how to add it. This is not exactly an account issue as it was earlier and now is a bug as rollout has now ended and confirmed by the mojang team. I have screenshots and proof if you need them for any reason! Please let me know! Could I please get this cape and fix the bug? Thanks! Java username (oceans_yk)
