Stacks of Items disapear after throwing them on ground very quickly

Hello, while making some redstone machine I noticed that my testing items goes to nowhere. 
So I builded just a simple bug presentation.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Make a few blocks tall column.
2. Get your investory full of some item.
3. Throw your inventory into column using CTRL + Q combo, ant just spam stacks in inventory
4. You can now observe that items fell to the ground and your inventory is empty.
5. Jumo down into the column to grab those items.
6. You can see that only 14 stacks are left.

Expected behaviour:

I should be able to collect all 27 + 9 stacks back.
