The Bug:

The bottom face textures of breezes' rods are incorrect and don't match with surrounding colors.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a breeze by using the command provided below.

   /summon minecraft:breeze ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1b,Silent:1b}

2. Go below the breeze and look at the bottom face texture of the breeze's rods.
3. Observe the color of the bottom of the rods.

Observed Behavior:

The bottom face textures of breezes' rods don't match with surrounding colors.

Expected Behavior:

The bottom face textures of breezes' rods would match with surrounding colors.
