Command block bug in spawnpoint java 1.20.1

Command block bug in spawnpoint command

When I activate the command block with the spawnpoint command, it appears in the chat that the command was executed, but when I die in the game, I return to worldspawn, 
and the message appears in the chat: you have no home bed or charged respawn anchor, or it was obstructed

This didn't happen in other versions

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put the spawnpoint command in the command block and press /kill
