Wind charges destroy armor stands

The Bug:

Wind charges destroy armor stands.

Considering that shulker bullets aren't supposed to destroy armor stands (MC-266334), one would expect similar behavior for wind charges.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon an armor stand and a wind charge next to one another by using the commands provided below.

   /summon minecraft:armor_stand ~ ~ ~-5

   /summon minecraft:wind_charge ~ ~1.5 ~-2

2. Punch the wind charge in the direction of the armor stand.

Observed Behavior:

Wind charges destroy armor stands.

Expected Behavior:

Wind charges would not destroy armor stands.
