Breeze can't attack players less than 1 block away

The bug

The Breeze cannot attack players less than 1 block away.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Place a Breeze in a room that is 2 blocks deep, 2 blocks long, and 1 block wide.
2. Stand in that room in Survival and notice that the breeze never attacks the player within that confined space.

Result observed

The Breeze does not attack the player.

Expected result

The Breeze would attack the player as usual.
