Still sneaking while the setting is set on Hold, even when I dont press the Button to sneak

I have my sneak Setting on Hold in the Menu, which means i should sneak when i press the right button and stop sneaking when i release it again. But that doesnt happen. When i press the key to sneak and release it afterwards i am still sneaking and can move.

I need to jump, press the sneak key again (which is toggle for me), or sprint in order to get out of the sneak movement.
