Bossbar text renders in front of player list background and player icons

The bug

When holding TAB, bossbar titles are rendered in front of the dark background of the player list, and in front of the player head icons. The bossbar itself is correctly rendered behind all components of the player list.

How to reproduce

1. Ensure you are on a multiplayer server
2. /bossbar add test "qqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqq"
3. /bossbar set test players @s
4. Hold TAB to display the player list
   → The bossbar's title renders in front of the dark background of the player list
   → The bossbar's title renders in front of the player head icons in the player list
