Clipping into blocks freezes player

When the player stands on any collision hitbox (blocks, boats, shulkers, etc.) and moves 0.00001 blocks downwards, they become stuck and unable to move their camera or body.

How to reproduce:
1. Enter a world with cheats on
2. Stand on a block
3. Type "tp ~ ~-0.00001 ~"

What I observed: Player becomes unable to move, plays walking animation, and experiences camera jitter while being unable to move their view.

What I expected: The player either stands on/falls through the block.
