Copper bulbs no longer have a 1-tick delay, breaking multiple redstone builds

Copper bulbs no longer have a 1-tick delay, which is immensely useful for redstone.

What I expected to happen was...:
I press a button to power the bulb, it waits a tick, then powers.

What actually happened was...:

It's... instant now?

I'm not sure if this change is a bug or not. If it is, please fix it, and if it isn't, then please revert it. 1-tick delays are monumental, and the current nerf (intentional or not) severely limits copper bulbs.
