Server owner with expired profile public key

I am trying to access my server from both the local IP and normal IP, but when I try to join the server it comes up with the error:

"Expired profile public key. Check that your system is synchronized, and try restarting your game." 

The error that comes up in the server log:

"Failed to validate profile key: Expired profile public key..."

This is after I shut down my server the day before and booted it up again about an hour ago.

Solutions that I've tried so far:

• syncing PC time
• restarting both server and game
• different Minecraft launchers (lunar)
• logging out of Minecraft launcher and back in (I have a migrated account)
• adjusting enforcing-secure-profile=false to being =true then back again

I will check back in on the game in a few hours and after 24 hours because some issues I have seen have been resolved after that time.
