breeze projectile hits non collision blocks like signs rather than going through them. Unlike ghast fireball projectile which can go through sign, tall flowers, ect: The breeze wind charge hits everything. This should only be the case for the specific blocks it's charge interacts with like open gate, buttons, ect.
