Mobs don't show love particles when it's thunderstorming.

When breeding mobs during a thunderstorm, they show no love particles (little hearts)

It's very easy to replicate, just breed mobs during a thunderstorm. 

If it does not happen, try it on superflat. That is where I found the bug.

UPDATE: this also happens after thunderstorms.
