Breaking Block animation

when breaking these blocks the animation does not match the bounding box of the block and does not look like the animation is actually breaking the block 

Effects:

minecraft:pointed_dripstone, thickness:tip and thickness:frustum

all amethyst buds and the cluster

minecraft:bamboo_sapling

minecraft:bamboo,  leaves:small
