Bug with launcher mob vote

I don't know if this is the correct place to put this but I don't know anywhere else to put it.

I voted in the minecraft 2023 mob vote, yet I didn't get the cherry cape. I would really like the cape but even after refreshing everything I still don't have it. I'm sorry again if this is not the correct place to put this but this seems like a bug to me.
