Item name and lore seems to sometimes jumble.

Seemingly randomly, any item name and its lore (e.g enchantments, etc.) will seem to become randomly jumbled as seen in the attachment. Usually, all you have to do to fix it is just reopen your inventory, etc. a few times or wait a few seconds. Definitely odd though.
