Unable to join Minecraft servers.

About 4 weeks ago I realized that I was not able to join Minecraft servers. I don't know how to reproduce this problem. I understand that this is now a typical bug report, however I have been in contact with Mojang staff for about 2 weeks and this issue is still unresolved, thus I have turned to the Minecraft bug tracker. Here is some information on the problem:

 

Failed to log in: com.mojang.authlib.exceptions.MinecraftClientException: Failed to read value {}

 

This is not an internet issue because I am able to join Minecraft servers on my Minecraft bedrock account but not my Minecraft java account.

My specs: I'm running Microsoft windows 11 home version 10.0.22621 build 22621, my model is a Nitro AN515-58 made by acer, my processor is a 12th gen intel  core  i5-12500h 3100 MHZ 12 cores 16 logical processors, I have the newest drivers.

 

 

Observed result: I cant join Minecraft servers.

Expected result: I can join Minecraft servers.
