Trial Spawners don't work in Trial Chambers generated with /place
When generating the Trial Chambers using /place, the Trial Spawners spawn and stay inactive, and can't even changed to "waiting_for_players" using the debug stick, because it instantly resets to "inactive".
Steps to Reproduce:
- Generate Trial Chambers using "/place structure trial_chambers"
- Find a Trial spawner
- (optional) Right-click it with a spawn-egg
- Try changing the state of the spawner with the debug stick to "waiting_for_players"
Observed Results:
The Trial Spawner shortly changes its state to "waiting_for_players", but returns to "inactive" after one game tick.
Expected Results:
The Trial Spawner should stay at the state "waiting_for_players", until it is activated and thus spawns mobs.
