When right clicking on copper door or trapdoor with axe or honeycomb, the Wax On/Wax Off advancement is triggered even though the wax hasn't been put on/removed

When right clicking on copper door or trapdoor with axe, the Wax Off advancement is triggered even though the wax hasn't been removed. 

What I expected to happen was...:
The advancement wouldn't trigger when it was clicked.

What actually happened was...:
The advancement triggered even though the wax hadn't been put on/removed

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Place down a waxed copper door/trapdoor
2. Right click on it with axe or honeycomb
3. The advancement will be trigger even though it shouldn't.
