The F3 screen has change for me and I can not see my cords

What I expected to happen was...:
I would open the F3 screen and see my cords.

What actually happened was...:
Instead I saw that screen below and I don't know what it is.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I just press F3 and it pops up.
3. I don't know what I pressed before the bug started.
