The Bug:

Water, mobs, particles, clouds, and transparent blocks don't render behind wind charges.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the video settings menu and set your graphics to "Fabulous!".
2. Locate a large body of water and summon a wind charge by using the command provided below.

   /summon minecraft:wind_charge ~ ~ ~

3. Look through the wind charge at the water.

Observed Behavior:

Water, mobs, particles, clouds, and transparent blocks don't render behind wind charges.

Expected Behavior:

Water, mobs, particles, clouds, and transparent blocks would render behind wind charges.
