Weak powered crafters BUD power adjacent blocks

How to reproduce:

Put some redstone components like a piston or a dispenser next to a crafter. Soft power the components, and they will work fine. But soft power the crafter and it will transmit redstone power to the ajacant components and also BUD them. See attached images for more info.
