Cherry Cape on Bedrock but not Java

So i happen to have voted on bedrock server and received the Cherry Cape

but when i went to check if i had it on java... it doesn't show any cape???

i'm in France and i know many pple that had it so i don't know if i should wait still or if it's a bug.
