"Minecart rolls" still appears in subtitles when loading a world with a minecart nearby

The bug

Despite the fix of MC-37557, when loading up a singleplayer world or joining a multiplayer server with a minecart nearby, regardless of if it is on a rail and/or moving, the subtitle "Minecart rolls" will appear.

How to reproduce

1. Make sure subtitles are turned on in the "Music & Sound" or "Accessibility Settings" section of the Options menu
2. Place a rail and put a minecart on top of it
3. Log out of the world/disconnect from the server and then join back

Expected result

The subtitle "Minecart rolls" does not appear.

Observed result

The subtitle "Minecart rolls" appears.
