The text string "(+NBT)" displayed in item tooltips when copying a block with component data is untranslatable

The Bug:

The string of text "(+NBT)" displayed in item tooltips when copying a block with NBT tags (tile entities) is untranslatable.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Place down a sign, write something on it, and click Done.
• Use Ctrl + middle mouse click on the sign.
• Hover your mouse over the picked up sign item in your inventory.

Notes:

• Attempt to search for the existence of this string by using this search filter on the official Minecraft project on Crowdin.
• Take note as to whether or not the string of text "(+NBT)" is untranslatable.
