Trapdoors placed on bottom edge of blocks don't play block step sounds

When trap doors of any material are placed on the bottom edge of a block, they don't play any step sounds when walked over. No subtitle is displayed either, indicated the sound event itself might not be happening.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Place a support block.
• Place a trap door of any material on the bottom edge of the block (but not directly on top of another block)
• Walk over the trap door. Observe no step sounds are played and no subtitles are displayed.
