Chiseled Tuff and Chiseled Tuff bricks cannot be rotated

Unlike other chiseled stone types, the Tuff chiseled variants have a drastically different and unique top/bottom and side texture that can be found in no other block. I expected it to be rotatable in the same manner as a log.
