lines and codes on screen

after I reconnected to a server, stripes and codes suddenly appeared at the top of the screen that only disappear when I press F1.
It looks like the bug seems to be related to the inventory bar.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. lose internet connection
2. reconnect to server
3. randomly receive the bug
