Cherry Blossom cape

Hi, I only voted in the launcher and I am starting to see that a lot of people have started getting their capes. I have not yet received my cape. I only voted in the launcher and not on the server. I am starting to become a bit skeptical of receiving it. I don't know what causes this or if it is a some sort of bug. I know it says to wait until it has been rolled out but If it is possible to double check my account I would highly appreciate  this!
