Crafter blocks can still be placed to look like a Nazi symbol

The bug

If you place 4 Crafter blocks in a vertical square shape and do this in a rotating orientation, and then place a Crafter block on each side to the right in a rotating orientation, you will create a swastika symbol as shown in the attached image.

How to reproduce

1. Use the following commands:

   /fill ~-2 ~ ~ ~-1 ~ ~ minecraft:crafter[orientation=up_west]

   /fill ~-2 ~ ~-2 ~-2 ~ ~-1 minecraft:crafter[orientation=up_south]

   /fill ~-3 ~ ~-1 ~-4 ~ ~-1 minecraft:crafter[orientation=up_east]

   /fill ~-3 ~ ~ ~-3 ~ ~1 minecraft:crafter[orientation=up_north]
