Resource reload failed

When I use lunar or the actual mc launcher and load into the server it does the standard load screen - followed by a message in the top right that says "resource reload failed" then I'm booted back to the Minecraft menu. I have attempted to delete all of mc from my computer and redownload it. I have made a new profile on my computer. I dont use shaders and my graphics card is up to date Nothing seems to work.

 

i have copied the crash log if anyone is able to assist it would be great
