All Single-Biome Terrain Generation Bugged

New world single-biome terrain generation is bugged. Below I've attached some screenshot examples, but they all seem to be generating in the same sort of pattern. Some of the usual biome landmarks are present, but otherwise the amount of water blocks generated is off for all single-biomes.
