Mob Vote may not have counted & Haven't received cape

I have yet to receive the cherry blossom cape despite voting for the crab in the mob vote. I placed my vote for the crab on October 15 using the minecraft launcher, but my connection was incredibly bad due to a storm that was happening where I am, and I worry that my vote may not have counted as I have yet to receive the cherry blossom cape.
