screen lagging

Hi, i dont know if this is a bug or something, but i loaded texture packs onto my minecraft. My pc is usually able to handle texture packs and has been for a while now. For the past two days i've tried to play but my screen immediately freezes and the game slows down incredibly the second i load in. I cant move or do anything. please help.

i play in 1.20.1 (the version wasnt available above) and all my packs are compatible with the version.
