Toggling the copper bulb on and off rapidly with a lever causes the bulb to be turned off when powered

I was messing with the bulbs, and was toggling them on and off (random tick speed was 3) and the bulbs remained turned off after rapidly toggling the bulbs with a lever.

I've repeated this multiple times and , as shown, both both are powered but aren't turned on. This affects all bulb variants. I tested this method with the redstone lamp too, but that works as it should, so it's just these! Hope this helps!
