Tuff bricks are misaligned

How to reproduce the bug:

• Place down a tuff brick and chiseled tuff brick on top of each other (like the image below)
• Notice how they brick outline doesn't connect properly on both sides (there's 2 layers on the bottom and none on the top of the chiseled tuff brick)
