"Player teleports" not shown in subtitles when an ender pearl lands far from the thrower

The bug

"Player teleports" is shown in the subtitles when an ender pearl lands, however this can only be seen when the ender pearl lands near where the thrower is. It will not be visible in cases where the ender pearl lands far away, even though the sound can still be heard.

How to reproduce

1. Have subtitles on
2. Throw an ender pearl so it lands far away
3. Observe

Expected results

"Player teleports" would be visible in the subtitles.

Actual results

It is not.

How to fix

It may be possible to fix this by playing a teleport sound both at the player's initial and final position.
