Arrow in Crafter UI remains visually powered after using Ctrl + Pick Block

The bug

Using Ctrl + Pick Block on a powered Crafter and placing the new Crafter down makes the redstone arrow on its UI stay powered.

To reproduce

1. Place a Crafter and a Button next to it
2. Press the button
3. While the Crafter is still powered, press Ctrl + Pick Block
4. Place the new Crafter somewhere else and open its UI
   → The arrow still remains visually powered despite the block being unpowered
