Bundle in a Non-Experimental World

While I was scrolling through Youtube, I saw a video about the bundle, and how to get it in a Non-Experimental World. I tried doing the same method as the one shown in the video, surprisingly It worked. The method was to use the command: "/give @s minecraft:bundle", I'm not sure if this is a bug or not but I'm assuming it is. Also, this works in 1.19 too.
