Audio Eating Bug (Player Audio)

While playing Minecraft Realm with Friends, I've noticed when have Player Audio All the way off I can still hear a second of me eating sound. Was very confused and worried it might be a bug.

What I expected to happen was...:
I expected no sounds when the Player Audio was off when it eating

What actually happened was...:
I Heard a sound at the end of my eating as well and the subtitles noticed the sound

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Options
2. Turn off Player Audio
3. Eat in Game
4. You will Hear an eating sound
