Save folder tooltip flickers as you type in a new world name

As you are typing in a world name, the save folder tooltip flickers.

This happens after every letter typed, as well as whenever you click in the text box.

Reproduction Steps:

1. Click create new world
2. Start typing in a world name and/or click the world name text box
