Dispensers cannot put various books into chiseled bookshelves

If the player attempts to put an applicable item (book, book & quil, written book, or enchanted book) into a chiseled bookshelf with a dispenser, they are unable to.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a dispenser down
2. Put one of the applicable items listed above into it
3. Put a chiseled bookshelf in front of it
4. Power the dispenser

Observed Results:

The dispenser will drop the item into the world, rather than putting it into the chiseled bookshelf

Expected Results:

The dispenser would put the item it's holding into the chiseled bookshelf
