Crafter disables slots instead of moving items with Inventory hotkeys

When using inventory hotkeys (1-9 or f by default) to move an item into an empty slot, the crafter will disable the slot instead of moving the items in.

If the slot is already disabled then it will move the item in as expected.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. place a crafter
2. put an item in your first hotbar slot
3. hover over an empty slot in the crafter, and press the first hotbar key (1 by default)

Observed Results:

The hovered slot gets locked

Expected Results:

The item should be moved, keeping the slot unlocked
