Unable to do certain things after Fullscreen

In Options, I clicked on Fullscreen, off (default) to on. Now I cannot access any items in my inventory, I cannot change the Fullscreen option. The screen minimizes to the lower corner, goes black, then comes back up no change.

Tried rebooting computer, which helped some. Should I uninstall/reinstall launcher?
