Occult Mod - Iesnium Ore not highlighting using Divination Rod

I followed the instruction for Divination rod, I have the otherworld goggles equipped, I attuned the divination rod by right clicking the netherrack and kept holding right click  but there are no  highlight coming to the ore.

I have Demon and Beholder Familiar Rings Equipped.
